Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Ford Mondeo MK4 2.5T – 60% more volume & plug-and-play

Get the most out of your Ford Mondeo MK4 2.5T! Take your vehicle to a new level of performance with the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler. This upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in power. Experience improved vehicle dynamics and impressive performance in every race!

Why our intercooler is the best choice for your Ford Mondeo:
Massive increase in power thanks to 60% more volume: With impressive core dimensions of 640 mm x 200 mm x 110 mm and a total volume of 14,080 cm³, this intercooler offers a sensational 24% larger flow area and a massive 60% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality competition high-performance intercooler core. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using CAD technology and free-form design to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is excellent cooling properties and significantly lower back pressure than with the OEM intercooler.
Improved efficiency and durability: Weighing only 10.5 kg, the intercooler is particularly light. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees a lasting and effective cooling effect even under extreme conditions. The cooler has also been tested up to 6 bar and is absolutely pressure-stable.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Thanks to the plug-and-play principle, installation is a straightforward replacement that does not require any complex modifications. The completely ready-to-install kit makes installation a breeze.
