Wagner Tuning EVO III Intercooler for BMW Z4 E89 (35i/35is) – 182% more volume & plug-and-play

Experience a groundbreaking performance boost with the Wagner Tuning EVO III Competition high-performance intercooler! This kit is the ultimate solution for dramatically improving cooling performance and giving your BMW Z4 (E89) with N54 & N55 engine a massive performance boost. The upgrade is specially designed for high tuning levels and is ideal for racing.

Why the EVO III intercooler is the best choice for your Z4:
Massive performance increase thanks to 182% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm and a total volume of 20.65 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 162% larger flow area and a massive 182% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality tube fin mesh with internal turbulators. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow, resulting in outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Despite its massive size, this kit is designed for easy replacement. Installation is carried out at the original mounting points. Reinforced silicone hoses and the elimination of OEM click connections ensure a perfect fit.
Improved efficiency and durability: Weighing only 13.2 kg, the intercooler is particularly light. A special anti-corrosion coating guarantees a lasting and effective cooling effect even under extreme conditions. The cooler has also been tested up to 6 bar and is absolutely pressure-stable.
