Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Ford Fiesta ST & Puma ST – 150% more flow area & plug-and-play

Unleash the full power of your Ford Fiesta ST or Puma ST! With the Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler, you can take your vehicle to a whole new level of performance. This impressive kit is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in power. Make your racing dreams come true.

Why our high-performance intercooler is the best choice for your ST:
Massive increase in power thanks to 86% more volume: With impressive core dimensions of 620 mm x 390 mm x 56 mm and a total volume of 13.5 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 150% larger front surface area and a massive 86% more core volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality competition intercooler core (tube fin), which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the inlet ensures even filling of the core.
Simple plug-and-play installation: Installation is carried out at the original mounting points and, thanks to the plug-and-play principle, is an uncomplicated replacement that requires only minimal adjustments. The connections are optimized for the OEM click connection, which further simplifies installation.
Maximum protection and durability: A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees a lasting and optimal cooling effect. Our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring to meet the highest standards for racing and road use.
