Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Audi RS6 C6 – 79% more volume & plug-and-play

Get ready to push the performance limits of your Audi RS6 C6! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit, you can take your Audi RS6 C6 to a revolutionary level of performance. This upgrade is the ultimate solution for dramatically improving engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a noticeable increase in performance. Experience the performance your RS6 deserves.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your RS6:
Massive performance increase thanks to 79% more volume: The high-performance intercoolers impress with mesh dimensions of 283 mm x 225 mm x 90 mm and a total volume of 8.73 liters, which corresponds to a whopping 79% increase compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our groundbreaking competition mesh (tube fin), which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. This kit was designed specifically for racing and provides a significant increase in performance.
Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Installation is carried out at the original mounting points and, thanks to the plug-and-play principle, is an uncomplicated replacement that does not require any complex modifications. Weighing only 6 kg per intercooler, the components are lightweight yet extremely robust.
Maximum protection and durability: All our intercoolers are coated with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also has excellent thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees a lasting and optimal cooling effect.
