Wagner Tuning Intercooler for BMW X5 & X6 (E70/F15/F16) – 120% more volume & plug-and-play

Unleash the full power of your BMW X5/X6! With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take the performance of your BMW X5 (E70/F15) and X6 (E71/F16) to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Experience the power your SUV deserves.

Why our Competition intercooler is the best choice for your BMW:
Massive performance increase thanks to 120% more charge air volume: With impressive net dimensions of 535 mm x 332 mm x 150 mm (stepped) and a total volume of 19.2 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 113.5% larger flow area and a massive 120% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal pressure losses: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. The flow-optimized design not only improves cooling, but also the responsiveness of your engine.
Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Thanks to the detailed installation instructions, installation is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement that requires no complex modifications. Weighing only 12.5 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust and has been tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
