Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for Mini Cooper S & JCW F models – 100% more volume & plug & play

Set new standards for your Mini Cooper! With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take the performance of your Mini Cooper S JCW F54, F56, and F60 to the next level. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Experience the power your Mini deserves.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your Mini:
Massive performance increase thanks to 100% more charge air volume: With stepped mesh dimensions of 590 mm x 225 mm x 145 mm, this intercooler offers an impressive total volume of 16.6 liters, which is a sensational 100% more charge air volume compared to the original. The flow area has been increased by 51% to 1327.50 cm² (vs. OEM 877.50 cm²). The result: more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: The specially developed Competition high-performance mesh with internal turbulators ensures first-class cooling performance. The end boxes, which are flow-optimized in the CFD system and made of high-quality cast aluminum, guarantee optimal internal airflow. As a result, our intercooler has significantly less back pressure, which increases the efficiency of the turbo and enables improved performance.
Racing-grade quality and durability: With a weight of only 9.65 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling. This kit was developed for the most demanding conditions in racing and is subject to strict quality control.
Easy plug-and-play installation: This complete kit is ready to install and allows for easy plug-and-play replacement of the factory intercooler. It is mounted at the original mounting points, so no complex adjustments are necessary. This allows you to quickly benefit from the performance advantages.
