Wagner Tuning Competition High-Performance Intercooler Kit for Audi S1 2.0 TSI – 70% more volume & plug & play

Unleash the true power of your Audi S1 2.0 TSI! Your Audi S1 2.0 TSI is already a dynamic vehicle, but with our Wagner Tuning Competition High-Performance Intercooler Kit, you can take its performance to a whole new level. This upgrade is the key to a significant increase in performance, optimized engine cooling, and maximum efficiency, even under the toughest conditions.

Why our Competition Intercooler is the ultimate choice for your Audi S1:
Dramatic performance increase thanks to massive increase in volume and surface area: Our Wagner Tuning intercooler impresses with a 44% larger flow area (1085 cm² vs. OEM 753.5 cm²) and an impressive 70% more charge air volume (10.2 liters vs. OEM 6.0 liters) compared to the factory cooler. This means that your engine receives significantly more cool, dense air, resulting in a noticeable and sustainable increase in performance.
Optimal cooling performance and minimal back pressure: The specially developed Competition high-performance mesh offers excellent cooling properties, even under extreme conditions such as on the race track. This keeps your engine at the optimum operating temperature at all times. The free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum, developed in the CAD system, maximize the internal airflow, ensuring minimal back pressure compared to the standard intercooler and increasing the efficiency of the turbo.
Robust, durable & race-ready: Our intercooler has been tested under extreme conditions with up to 6 bar pressure resistance, underlining its absolute reliability and robustness. Weighing only 7.65 kg, it is lightweight yet extremely durable. It is equipped with a 60 mm inlet and outlet for maximum flow and has an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties, ensuring long-lasting and optimal cooling. This kit is specifically designed for racing.
Easy plug & play installation: The kit is completely ready to install and allows for an uncomplicated plug & play replacement of the factory intercooler. No complex adjustments are necessary, so you can quickly and easily benefit from the performance advantages. All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring to ensure the highest standards.
