Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for Mini Cooper S / D / SD (F54, F55, F56, F60) – 52% more volume & plug & play

More power and performance for your Mini! Discover the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler kit, specially designed to revolutionize the performance and efficiency of your Mini F54 Cooper S and other models in the Mini F series (F54, F55, F56, F60). Your Mini deserves the best, and this upgrade is an absolute must-have to unleash the true power of your vehicle.

Why our Competition intercooler is the best choice for your Mini:
Noticeable performance increase thanks to massive increase in volume and surface area: With impressive, stepped mesh dimensions of 580 mm x 231 mm x 110 mm, our intercooler offers a 53% larger flow area (1340 cm² vs. OEM 877.5 cm²) and 52% more charge air volume (12.6 liters vs. OEM 8.3 liters) compared to the factory cooler. This means significantly more cool, dense air for your engine, resulting in a noticeable increase in performance, improved combustion, and ultimately greater efficiency.
Optimal cooling & reduced back pressure for maximum efficiency: Our Competition high-performance mesh has been specially developed for excellent cooling properties, so that your engine always remains at the optimum operating temperature, even on the race track or in demanding road traffic. The free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum, developed in the CAD system, are flow-optimized and maximize internal airflow, significantly reducing back pressure compared to the standard intercooler.
Extremely robust, durable, and suitable for racing: Weighing only 9.2 kg, our cooler is lightweight yet extremely durable. It has been tested under extreme conditions with up to 6 bar pressure resistance, making it perfect for racing enthusiasts. All our intercoolers are also coated with an anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures durability but also offers excellent thermal conductivity and guarantees long-lasting, optimal cooling.
Easy plug & play installation: Our kit is completely ready to install and has been designed for easy assembly. You can simply replace it with the factory intercooler – no complicated adjustments are necessary. Enjoy a smooth plug-and-play experience and quickly benefit from the performance advantages.
