Wagner Tuning EVO 2 Performance Intercooler Kit for BMW 1 Series, 2 Series, 3 Series, 4 Series (F Series) – 90% more volume & plug & play

Maximize the performance of your F Series BMW! Our Wagner Tuning EVO 2 high-performance intercooler kit is the ultimate upgrade to unleash the full potential of your BMW – suitable for a wide range of models in the BMW 1 Series (F20/F21), 2 Series (F22/F87), 3 Series (F30/F31/F34), and 4 Series (F32/F36). Your BMW deserves the best, and our kit will ensure that you get exactly that. Experience a noticeable increase in performance and optimized cooling!

Why our EVO 2 intercooler is the best choice for your BMW F series:
Enormous performance increase through improved cooling: With impressive, stepped intercooler core dimensions of 520 mm x 215 mm x 145 mm, our intercooler offers an astonishing 68% larger flow area (13,840 cm³ vs. OEM 7,293 cm³) and an incredible 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory cooler. This means significantly more fresh, cool air for your engine, resulting in a noticeable increase in performance, improved combustion, and ultimately more power and efficiency.
Optimal airflow & minimized back pressure: The end boxes of the cooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized for the best possible internal airflow using flow analyses in the CFD system and internal turbulators. This guarantees excellent airflow and minimizes back pressure. The Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin mesh that provides excellent cooling properties and reduces the thermal load on your engine even under extreme conditions.
Easy plug & play installation: Our kit is designed for easy installation and is a true plug & play upgrade. You can easily replace your original intercooler with our kit without having to make any complicated adjustments. The original intercooler hoses can even be reused, making installation even easier. All mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions are included in the scope of delivery.
Highest quality & durability: Weighing only 9.1 kg, the cooler is lightweight despite its massive performance. All our intercoolers feature a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties to ensure long-lasting and optimal cooling. The EVO 2 kit has been specially developed for the high demands of BMW and is subject to rigorous quality control to ensure that it meets the highest standards.
