Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for Audi A1 & VW Polo (1.4 TSI, 2.0 TFSI/TDI) – 112% more volume & plug & play

Optimize the performance of your Audi A1 or VW Polo! Our Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is the perfect solution for unleashing the full potential of your Audi A1 1.4 TSI and other VAG models. Experience a noticeable increase in performance and improved cooling for a more intense driving experience.

Why our intercooler is the best choice for your VAG vehicle:
Outstanding cooling performance & enormous charge air volume: With impressive dimensions of 590 mm x 170 mm x 100 mm, our intercooler offers a remarkable 70% larger flow area and an astonishing 112% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. This means that your engine gets more fresh air, resulting in improved combustion, increased power, and a noticeable increase in torque.
Optimal airflow & minimized back pressure: The competition high-performance mesh offers excellent cooling properties and ensures that your engine always maintains the optimal operating temperature. The free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum, developed in the CAD system, ensure the best possible internal airflow and minimize back pressure compared to the standard cooler.
Plug & play installation & perfect fit: The kit is completely ready to install and allows for a simple 1:1 replacement of the factory intercooler. It is a true plug & play upgrade that makes installation easy.
Extremely pressure-stable & durable: Our intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and has proven its pressure stability, making it perfect for racing. All our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling.
Highest quality: We place great emphasis on quality and continuously monitor the manufacture of our products to ensure that they meet the highest standards.
