Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for Audi C5 RS6 – Maximum Cooling & Enormous Performance Boost
Boost the performance of your Audi C5 RS6 with the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit. This advanced upgrade has been specially developed to significantly improve your vehicle’s intercooling and give you a significant performance boost. Experience optimal performance and efficient cooling, even under the toughest conditions.

Why our Competition Intercooler Kit is the best choice for your Audi C5 RS6:

Massively increased cooling performance: Our high-performance intercoolers have impressive mesh dimensions of 255x230x105 mm per cooler. This results in a 39% larger flow area and an incredible 98% larger charge air volume compared to the original. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh with state-of-the-art tube-fin technology guarantees maximum cooling properties and ensures consistently low charge air temperatures, which is essential for performance stability.
Flow-optimized for maximum efficiency: The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using flow analyses, ensure perfect internal airflow. The result is significantly reduced back pressure and a noticeable, sustainable increase in the performance of your Audi C5 RS6 engine.
Lightweight construction & precise fit: Each intercooler weighs only 5.5 kg, which optimizes the overall weight of the kit without compromising robustness. The kit was developed specifically for the RS6 C5, ensuring a precise fit and easy installation at the original mounting points.
Includes exclusive carbon air ducts: The kit also includes visually appealing carbon air ducts. These not only improve the air supply to the intercoolers, but also give your engine compartment a classy, sporty look that underlines the high quality of the kit.
Highest quality & reliability: All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring. This ensures that you only receive components that meet the highest standards in terms of performance, durability, and workmanship.
